Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund:

1. Contact us within the next 24 hours since you placed an order - We cant refund after 24hrs because we would’ve already personalized your order.

2. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can contact right away with the picture of your order and we would absolutely refund you if you have a valid reason - your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days 😊
